How to Redeem Voucher:

1. Go to www.genflix.co.id via Google Chrome or download the Genflix app on the App Store or Play Store.

2. Register/Login to Genflix.

3. After logging in, scroll down and select "Redeem Voucher."

4. Enter the voucher code provided and click "Submit."

5. You will receive a notification from Genflix saying "Redeem Voucher Success," then click "OK."

6. Your membership package will be displayed on the Account page as "Premium," according to the voucher package.

7. Enjoy Genflix’s services!

**Terms and Conditions:**

1. The "Genflix Package" voucher code can be used by both new and existing users.

2. The Genflix services available for the voucher code are based on the voucher package.

3. Purchased Genflix Package voucher codes cannot be refunded or exchanged.

4. The Genflix Package voucher code is valid for one-time use only. Any unused balance from the voucher will expire and cannot be refunded to your account.

5. Genflix voucher codes have an expiration date based on applicable terms.
