How to Redeem Voucher:

1. Go to www.genflix.co.id via Google Chrome or download the Genflix app on the App Store or Play Store.

2. Register/Login to Genflix.

3. After logging in, drop down and select Redeem Voucher.

4. Enter the provided voucher code and click "Submit."

5. You will receive a notification from Genflix saying "Redeem Voucher Success," then click "OK."

6. Your membership package will be displayed on the Account page as "Premium," according to the voucher package.

7. It’s time to enjoy Genflix services.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The "Genflix Package" voucher code can be used for both new and existing users.

2. The Genflix services available for the Genflix Package voucher are according to the voucher code.

3. Purchased Genflix Package vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged.

4. The Genflix Package voucher is valid for one-time use only. Any remaining unused balance from the voucher will expire and cannot be refunded to your account.

5. Genflix voucher codes have an expiration date for redemption based on applicable terms.

6. Please ensure you have entered the voucher code correctly. If you still cannot use it, email the issue along with your voucher number to [email protected], and we will assist you.
