Process: Order > Wait 7 days > Skins/heroes sent

Order Process Details:
1. Checkout and write the format in the order description as "Nickname - User ID"
2. Complete the payment and chat the seller for order confirmation
3. Skin/hero delivery will be processed after being friends with the seller for 7 days and according to the seller's queue
4. Once the skin/hero has been sent, the buyer must confirm receipt (delivery) via "My Orders"

• For those already friends with the seller in-game, delivery will be faster (not 7 days) based on the seller's queue
• For 188 DM, 524 DM, 419 DM skins/heroes and other PROMO skins/heroes, orders can only be placed if the skin/hero has not been released yet or if you have been friends with the gifting account for 7 days (unless the remaining promo period exceeds 7 days).
