**Requirements:**
• Minimum level 20
• Must be friends with the seller for at least 7 days
• Maximum 3 skins/heroes per day

**Process:** Order > Wait 7 days > Skins/heroes delivered

**Order Process Details:**
1. Checkout and write the format in the order notes as "Nickname - User ID"
2. Complete payment and chat the seller for order confirmation
3. Skins/heroes will be delivered after being friends with the seller for 7 days and based on the seller's queue
4. Once the skins/heroes have been sent, buyers must confirm receipt (delivery) via "My Orders"

**Notes:**
• For those already friends with the seller in-game, delivery will be faster (not 7 days) based on the seller's queue
• For skins/heroes priced at 188 DM, 524 DM, 419 DM, and other PROMO skins/heroes, orders can only be placed if the skins/heroes have not been released yet OR if you have been friends with the gifting account for at least 7 days (unless the promo period has more than 7 days remaining).
