Process: Order > Wait 7 days > Skin/hero is sent

Order Process Details:
1. Complete checkout, write the format in the order description as "Nickname - User ID"
2. Complete payment and chat the seller to confirm the order
3. Skin/hero delivery will be processed after 7 days of being friends with the seller and according to the seller's queue
4. Once the skin/hero has been sent, the buyer must confirm receipt (delivery) via "My Orders"

• For those already friends with the seller in-game, delivery will be faster (not 7 days) based on the seller's queue
• For skins/heroes priced at 188 DM, 524 DM, 419 DM, and other PROMO skins/heroes, orders can only be placed if the skin/hero has not been released yet or if you have been friends with the gifting account for at least 7 days (unless the remaining promo period is more than 7 days).
