SKIN DELIVERY PROCESS:
1. Must include Nickname and ID number in the order details (ensure the nickname matches the game exactly, including uppercase & lowercase letters)
2. Delivery is done after 7 days of friendship (based on queue).
3. For those already friends for 7 days, delivery will be faster (Max 3 days). Please confirm in the order notes that you have been friends for 7 days.

5. Due to the 7-day friendship rule, for Mobile Legends categories, sellers are allowed to mark orders as "Delivered" before actual delivery.

Process: Order/buy -> Add Friend -> I click "Delivered" > Do not click "Completed" or rate until the item is received.
