What you will get:
• An Office 365 account (SUPPORTS WINDOWS, MacOS, IOS, HarmonyOS)
• CUSTOM USERNAME with our domain, not an EDU email.
> CAN REQUEST PREMIUM CUSTOM USERNAME, WRITE IN THE NOTES SECTION, NOT WRITING = RANDOM = AGREED, example: itemku99 (but please note if our MS.Office admin account has issues, a random username with the same quality will still be sent)
> If unsure, please chat through the discussion section first to inquire about PREMIUM USERNAME (CUSTOM) availability.
> Processing time for Custom username: 10 minutes - 1 hour, please be patient.
> Processing time for Random username: 5 minutes - 45 minutes.
• Can change password.
• Must bind a personal phone number and email after login. MUST LOGIN ONCE within 24 hours to the portal office(.)com after the account is received by the buyer.
• 1 Account is for 1 customer and 5 Devices.
• Can be used on up to 5 different devices.
• Permanent/Lifetime. Warranty follows itemku's policy if the account has issues (1 month).
• If Repeat order, Warranty will be extended with the following details*:
- Repeat Order: 2-5x: 2 Months Warranty
- Repeat Order: >5x: 5 Months Warranty + Priority during claims.
• Use Office 365 or 2019 updated in 2021. Link will be provided.
• Online activation via Office 365 account login.
• Account error? Can directly chat and provide a photo of the error during activation, 100% replacement if unable to login.
• Delivery via itemku will take 5 minutes to 1 hour, please be patient and wait.
