How to Activate PTCGL Code:
1. Activate the US/UK/Canada region VPN
2. Log in to your PTCGL account via browser
3. Go to https://redeem.tcg.pokemon.com/en-us
4. Enter the PTCGL Code that has been given
5. Click 'Submit Code'
6. In 'Redeem Rewards' check the list of each item, then click 'Redeem'
