1. What is Redfinger Cloud Phone technically?
Redfinger is a *virtual Android instance* running on a data center based on *full virtualization*. Users access the Android OS running on the server via remote connection, similar to the **thin-client** concept, meaning all computing processes are handled in the cloud, not on the user’s device.

2. If an error message appears "No cloud phones available" or "out of stock," is my code damaged?
No. This message indicates the server is currently full. Your redeem code is still valid. As a solution, try redeeming again every 30 seconds or 1 minute. Choose a different server (e.g., Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, etc.).

3. Can it be used for any server?
You can have a Cloud Phone server according to your needs, such as Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, and others.

4. Can the code be used to extend an existing device?
Yes. The redeem code can be used to create a NEW device or extend an OLD device, as long as the type and Android version are the same.

5. How long is the redeem code valid?
The Redfinger Cloud Phone redeem code is valid for 1 YEAR from the date of purchase. You can save it and use it anytime before the validity period expires. The plan time (7 days) will only activate after the code is successfully redeemed.
