How to Top Up via Login:

- Create a Backup Code first (see guide below).
- Enter your username/email & password.
- Make the payment as instructed.
- Write one backup code in the order note.
- You can chat with the seller during the process.
- Wait for the order to be processed and click “Confirm Order” when completed.
- For security, change your password after completion.
- If still confused, message us, we will help you create one.

How to Create Backup Code (Roblox App):

- Open Roblox App → More → Settings → Security.
- Enable 2-Step Verification (Secure Email).
- Enter the code from the email for verification.
- Scroll down, select “Recovery Codes → Generate”.
- Once the list of codes appears, copy/screenshot one and put it in the order note.
