How to Trade Ragnarok Zero Accounts

Login Using Gmail

Follow these steps after obtaining the account data:

1. Open Gmail and select the "Add Account" option
2. Log in using the obtained account data
3. Go to the Ragnarok Zero app and check if the account you received matches your order
4. Also make sure that the account is NOT bound to any social media accounts

If the account matches your order, do the following to secure the account:

1. Open Gmail and log in using the account you received
2. Go to https://myaccount.google.com/security
3. Select the "Password" option and change the password
4. Select the "2-Step Verification" option and enable it
5. Go to the "Account recovery options" section and change the recovery email and phone number
6. Go to the "Recently used devices" section and select "REVIEW DEVICES"
7. Remove any devices that are not yours
8. Ask the seller to remove the Google Account from their phone and request a screenshot as proof

Login Using Facebook

After you receive the Facebook account data, follow these steps:

1. Log in to Facebook using the account provided by the seller
2. If successful, log in to the Ragnarok Zero game with that Facebook account to ensure the seller has sent the correct account. If the account does not match, immediately contact itemku Customer Care
   
   Now it’s time to secure the account 
    
3. Log in to Facebook and go to Settings
4. Click Mobile Add your phone number and remove the old phone number
5. Click General then select Contact Add your email and remove the old email
6. Click Security and Login Where You're Logged In See More  
   click Log Out of All Sessions
7. Click Security and Login - Login - Change Facebook password
8. Once all steps are done, you have successfully secured the account. Next, please click Complete on itemku.
