I forgot my password, what to do?

If you forget your itemku password, please follow these steps to reset it:

1. Access itemku Main Page
   Click the Sign In button on the main page.
   

2. Login to Your Account
   Input your email address and clik Sign In / Register
   

3. Select 'Forgot password'
   On the login form, click the Forgot password link located below the password field.
   

4. Reset Password Link
   System will automatically sent reset password link to your registered email address
   

5. Check Your Email
   Open the email sent by itemku, and click the Reset Password button.

6. Create a New Password
   Enter your email and create a new password, then click Send.

Success! Your password has been successfully updated, and you can now access your account
