If using a Backup Code, ensure you have created one beforehand (see guide below).
Enter your Roblox account username/email and password correctly.
Make the payment according to the given instructions.
If you have a Backup Code, write one code in the order notes.
Immediately contact the seller during the process.
After the order is processed, click "Confirm Order".
For account security, change your password after the transaction is completed.


Guide to Creating a Backup Code in the Roblox App

Open the Roblox App → select More → Settings → Security.
Enable the Two-Step Verification (Secure Email) feature.
Enter the code sent to your email to complete verification.
Scroll down, select "Recovery Codes" → "Generate".
Once the list of codes appears, copy or screenshot one code, then write it in the order notes.
