What is the Shop Badge feature?

The Shop Badge is a special feature available to itemku Digital Masters (Juragan Digital). This badge will be visible to both you and your potential buyers right next to your store name.

To earn these badges, Juragan Digital must meet the following requirements:

• Dewa Juragan Badge (Supreme Master): Minimum 9,000 orders, 4.5 rating, and 95% successful transactions.
  

• Juragan Besar Badge (Grand Master): Minimum 4,400 orders, 4.5 rating, and 95% successful transactions.
  

• Juragan Menengah Badge (Intermediate Master): Minimum 1,600 orders, 4.0 rating, and 95% successful transactions.
  

• Calon Juragan Badge (Apprentice Master): Minimum 340 orders, 4.0 rating, and 95% successful transactions.
  

Evaluation Terms & Conditions:

• Evaluation Schedule: Store performance reviews are conducted on the 1st and 16th of every month.

• Tier Progression: Your store level can only increase by one tier per evaluation period.

• Tier Demotion: Your badge tier may drop if your store remains closed for 2 consecutive weeks.

You can track your store's performance progress toward earning a badge directly on the Store Profile page of the itemku website.
