How to get backup codes:
1. Find and click the "Settings" icon.
2. Then select Security.
3. Look for Email (Secure) and activate it first. You will be asked to enter an OTP code sent to the registered email on the account (make sure your account already has a verified email).
4. Enter the verification code sent to the registered email on the account (ENSURE YOUR ACCOUNT IS LINKED TO A VERIFIED EMAIL).
5. After activating email security, an additional menu called "BACKUP CODES" will appear. You can click generate/create to display 10 backup codes for login purposes. Please provide one of these 10 codes to our CS team to facilitate processing.
6. Re-enter the code sent via email to obtain the 10 backup codes.
7. Then, 10 backup codes will appear. Choose one and send it to us.
8. Once done, you can check the box "I've saved my backup codes" and select close.
