- The seller will log in to your account at https://www.roblox.com/ by entering your RBL account email and password.
- If 2-Step Verification (2FA) is still active, you must provide the authentication code to the seller so they can continue processing the order. There are three (3) 2-Step Verification (2FA) methods:
- Authenticator App: Open the app on your phone and provide the access code displayed so the seller can log in to the RBL account
- Email: Provide the 6-digit code you received at the email address registered to the RBL account
- Hardware Security Keys: Provide the access code you received to the seller (Can only be used on browsers, iPhone, and iPad - If you have disabled all 2-Step Verification (2FA), the seller will access the buyer's account and process the order.
- Once the order has been processed, make sure to change your account password immediately
