How to Trade KrisFlyer Airline Miles

1. Select the trade and enter the number of miles points you want to purchase
2. Make payment for your order
3. Contact the seller and provide a Screenshot of the front of your KrisFlyer Digital Membership Card or a Photo of the front of your KrisFlyer Physical Membership Card
4. Wait for the seller to transfer the points to your membership account, estimated maximum 7 days
5. Check your membership account, if the points have been credited, immediately Complete the Order
6. If your Mile Points have not increased within 7 days, immediately report to itemku Customer Service because the order will automatically be completed after more than 7 days,

How to Access Your Membership Page

1. Open the page www.singaporeair.com and log in using your Username and Password
   
2. Click "Personal Menu" then select "Profile Menu" located at the top right corner of the page
   
3. Enter the OTP code sent to the phone number or email address you have registered
4. Select the "Membership Card" menu
5. Take a Screenshot of your Digital Membership Card to provide to the seller when placing an order on itemku
