- Orders that have been placed cannot be canceled / refunded
- Delivery is done via in-game gift / gamepass (must meet in-game)
- Buyer must provide the correct Roblox username
- Incorrect username = buyer’s responsibility (not the seller’s responsibility)
- After ordering, please chat the seller to arrange time & server
- Buyer must be online & ready during the gifting process
- If the buyer does not respond / is not present, the process may be delayed
