4. Pembeli diharapkan untuk tidak menggunakan akun saat waktu joki sedang berjalan tetapi bila ada keperluan pembeli boleh chat Penjual untuk mendiskusikan kapan ingin menggunakan akun Pembeli, kemudian Penjual akan kemungkinan meminta waktu sedikit lebih lama untuk menutupi waktu yang hilang
5. Pembeli diharapkan untuk chat Penjual beberapa kali untuk mengetahui progress joki dan apakah sudah selesai joki tersebut
