Because the seller will not mark the order as "delivered" until the buyer actually receives their order or responds to the order (unless they don't respond for an entire day). This ensures there are no mistakes in order delivery, and we do not chase faster average delivery times by marking orders as "delivered" before the buyer receives the product. This is because we prioritize the comfort of our own buyers. **NOTES:** Please ensure you do not have a dragonfly with the same weight/age. Double-check your pet inventory first to see if it matches the one given by the admin. There is a bug where pets may disappear if they have the same size. Lost pets cannot be replaced.
