Sukuna's Finger, an AUT item that will be needed (later) when the JJK2 mythic Sukuna spec / ability is released is estimated at the end of summer 2024. Items are quite difficult to get because so far you have to go through the bearer slayer quest which has a 10% drop chance. It's very inconvenient to have to go back and forth to the desert park to take quests unless you have the P/S spec (ability) which can teleport. Please buy.
