If using a Backup Code, ensure you have created one beforehand (see guide below).

If you have a Backup Code, write one code in the order notes.

Once the order is processed, click "Confirm Order".
For account security, change your password after the transaction is complete.


Guide to Creating a Backup Code in the Roblox App

Open the Roblox App → select More → Settings → Security.
Enable the Two-Step Verification (Secure Email) feature.
Enter the code sent to your email to complete verification.
Scroll down, select "Recovery Codes" → "Generate".
Once the list of codes appears, copy or screenshot one code, then write it in the order notes.
