Pika Pika No Mi | Grand Piece Online (GPO)

The Pika Pika no Mi (Glint-Glint Fruit) is a Legendary Logia-type Devil Fruit that grants the user the ability to manipulate, produce, and turn into light at will.

The fruit glows yellow and looks like a star.

As a Logia-type, it grants the user a "Logia bar", which can be trained to dodge up to 20 non-Haki-infused physical attacks by draining it repeatedly.

Additionally, it turns the Q dash into a short, instantaneous light dash. (absolutely useless)

Pika is capped at 491 (Lunge will do 45, Light Kick will do 100, Ray will do 15 per hit, Jewels will do 25 per hit), 641 is the max you should have with this devil fruit to ensure the most amount of burn damage.

(Max burn damage is 16)

This fruit is also used by Pika-Pika boss in dungeon, but without damage cap on certain moves unlike Pika used by players.
