Aja Mask is one of the rarest items in the Game, it appears once every thirty minutes with a 1/10 chance of appearing. If used by a player with the Kars spec, they will unlock Ultimate Life Form. Ultimate Life Form is the best spec in the game right now, and is immune to the sun. If Ultimate Life Form is made Sub-Spec then it cannot be stacked with blessings If used by a player with a Stand or Spec, it will give them the Ultimate Life Form sub-spec. The sub-spec can stack with anything, so you can have a stand with Hamon, Stone Human, and Ultimate Life Form. The Ultimate Life Form sub-spec gives you 1.25x permanent damage and a defense buff. It also gives you cool effects that people with pure Ultimate Life Form have.
