What is a Premium Service?

Premium Service is an optional add-on feature that buyers can select when shopping on itemku.

By activating the Premium Service, buyers will enjoy exclusive benefits which is Priority Complaint Tickets handled by itemku Customer Care.

Service Fee Pricing:

• Transactions with 1 - 3 Products: IDR 5,000.

• Transactions with More than 3 Products: The fee will be adjusted to IDR 10,000.

⚠️ Important Notice (Non-Refundable): The Premium Service fee is strictly non-refundable. If a transaction utilizing the Premium Service is canceled for any reason, the service fee already paid cannot be refunded to the buyer.
