What is My Wallet?

Dompetku is itemku's digital wallet feature. It serves as a place to store refunds from orders on itemku, specifically for cases where:

1. A refund is requested by the seller
2. A refund is requested by the buyer
3. The order is not delivered by the seller within the specified time limit

The balance in your Dompetku can be used to shop again on itemku, or withdrawn to your bank account. Please note that Dompetku balance cannot be topped up.
